Increasing collaboration is creating larger partnerships of healthcare laboratories. Staff shortages and upscaling lead to further automation while maintaining or shortening lead times and improving efficiency. Healthcare system costs are rising sharply due to increasing ageing and inflation. Maintaining quality is an essential requirement.<\/p>\n

The necessary transition requires broad and in-depth knowledge of the field to be able to determine strategies, insight into the social context and trends and extensive experience in implementing and executing complex change processes.
