Previous Projects
Some of our realised projects include:
- Programme and project management for Dicoon. Dicoon is a brand-new organisation bringing together the clinical chemistry, medical microbiology, thrombosis and clinical pharmacy laboratories of three Dutch hospitals. The challenge here is the centralisation of processes.
- Programme and project management for Saltro. From programme management in collaboration with first and second-line parties from the region, the Health Lab concept was devised, developed and operationally implemented. Collaboration with general practitioners, hospitals and laboratories has been established in the Health Lab, where clear research results can be quickly achieved through collaboration within diagnostics and the patient is provided with personal (care) advice. In addition, as Project Management, we found the location, concluded rental agreements and supervised complete renovations (including X-rays, etc.) into a customer-friendly environment.
