Project management and process optimisation. Commissioned by Atalmedial to ensure that the planning of collection service employees is organised more efficiently by centralising the planning activities for all regions/teams. Hereby using new planning software, steering on (historical) data, smart handling of opening hours, optimising the availability of posts and ultimately aiming for higher productivity, lower absenteeism and a better distribution of the supply of materials in the laboratory.
