Previous Projects
- Programme and project management at South West London Pathology. We are carrying out programme and project management on behalf of Beckman Coulter to implement automated systems at five hospital sites in London and to oversee the associated refurbishment works.
- Project management for diagnostic equipment suppliers. For diagnostic equipment suppliers, including Siemens Healthineers and Beckman Coulter, we oversee the installation of equipment—ranging from small to large-scale systems—at various laboratories across the Netherlands.
- Project management for hospitals. We are overseeing the implementation of a Roche automated solution for the clinical chemistry laboratory at St. Antonius Hospital’s Nieuwegein and Utrecht sites. For the laboratory centre at the Meander Medical Centre, we led the project to carry out the laboratory refurbishment and the transition from the Abbott system. In the past, we have also carried out similar work for other laboratory sites (including LUMC, UMCU, St. Jansdal, DvU and Unilabs).
- Project management for other laboratories. Lab-Partners has also carried out projects for the life sciences sector. These include the refurbishment and fitting-out of a large testing laboratory in Utrecht and the relocation of laboratories to other sites in Amsterdam, Groningen and Wageningen.
